- Printer (print at home or at your local print shop).
- White printer paper or preferably cardstock.
- Pen.

Download the PDF file and print it at home or at your local print shop.
Print on standard 8.5″×11″ paper (US Letter). To print on A4 paper select “Fit to page” in your printer settings.
To make the pages more durable print on thicker paper or cardstock, or you can also laminate the pages to use them more than once. Enjoy!
